Welcome to our 270 Broadway location
This location provides the following comprehensive health care services:

- Pediatrics
- Podiatry
- LCSW Counseling
- Labcorp Laboratory
Most insurances are accepted, and no one will be denied care at Monmouth Family Health Center, because of an inability to pay. A Sliding Fee Discount Program (SFDP), that uses a sliding fee scale, is also available to all patients based on the individual’s ability to pay for the primary and preventative health care services rendered. This SFDP is available to all patients, and it is solely based on the individual patient’s income and family size. Please inquire about the program or make an appointment with the Financial Counselor on site.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday – 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
Tuesday & Thursday – 8:00 am to 6:30 pm
Every first and third Saturday of the month, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Directions to our 270 Broadway Location:
FROM NORTH NJ – From the North, take NJ Turnpike South to Exit 11 for the Garden State Parkway South. Head south and take exit 105. When you exit stay on Route 36 eastbound for about 5 miles. Turn right onto Broadway, after approximately 2.5 miles, 270 Broadway will be on your right.
FROM SOUTH NJ – From the South, take the Garden State Parkway North to Exit 105. Then follow directions above.
FROM WEST NJ – From the West, take State Route 195 East to the Garden State Parkway North exit.
Head north and take exit 105. Then follow the directions above.
From Route 18 and from the Garden State parkway southbound AND northbound.
